The Texas Center for Legal Ethics and Professionalism was born as an idea to enhance and promote the core values that serve to make the practice of law more than just a business. Legal ethics are at the heart of the public’s confidence in legal system. Professionalism is the centerpiece of how we as attorneys should deal with each other and the public. TCLEP is a great and practical resource for ethical and professionalism rules and opinions, easily available to the Texas Bar.
