The Texas Center for Legal Ethics and Professionalism is pleased to offer Ethics To Go. This is an ethics education service of the TCLEP, which will offer MCLE participatory credit for DVD viewings of assorted legal ethics topics. More topics will be added to the library as the year progresses. Viewings can be in a time and place convenient for your group, small or large. As part of the service, we will arrange for the participatory MCLE and Legal Specialization credit, furnish course materials, DVD, and MCLE cards. Ethics to Go is a purchase, not a rental. All you return after the “course completion” is the complete MCLE cards. This program is for groups of two or more attorneys. (Those wishing to view and receive credit on their own should look into our Members Only program at http://www.txethics.org/membership.asp. In that program, an individual attorney can get MCLE participatory and ethics credit for single viewing of a selected topic.) Pricing for a group viewing of each DVD selected is $25 per hour, per participant with a minimum of $300.00 for each order. Viewing can be on an expanded basis within a month (i.e. the course would be approved for viewing from September 1-30). Participants can view whenever convenient within that period (when more than two can view at one time), and then date their MCLE cards with the expanded date. For groups of 50 or more, special pricing is available. Ethics To Go includes the following: Approval and course number for each course DVD video of selected topic MCLE Cards Payment worksheet – After finished viewing the course, complete the worksheet provided and include payment by check or credit card with the course materials. Return envelope for course materials to be returned to Ethics To Go for reporting MCLE attendance. Please contact info@txethics.org to obtain specific pricing for your group.
